Views include performance maps that visually depict where problems exist and which users are impacted across the global enterprise, and application dashboards that illustrate where application delivery bottlenecks exist.
Become more proactive. A move beyond fault management into performance management allows operational groups to get ahead of problems. Through automatically established baselines across all performance metrics, teams can receive automatic alerts when performance degrades below an acceptable threshold or appears abnormal. To avoid excessive alerting, customization of the alerts allows for specific tailoring to meet various environmental needs, such as alarming only when problems persist for a specified period of time.
